Hi, I’m Ranjitha, currently working as an Associate Project Manager. I have a total of six years of experience as both a Project Manager and a Software Tester. I graduated from VTU University with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Science and Technology. Over the years, I have worked on various projects and collaborated with talented teams to develop user-friendly applications.

My role involves closely connecting with clients to gather requirements and ensuring seamless communication with developers. I have built strong relationships with my team, focusing on delivering high-quality, bug-free applications. Being a Project Manager has been a rewarding experience, allowing me to take ownership of projects from start to finish.

The excitement of overseeing a project through every stage keeps me motivated. I enjoy connecting with new people and exchanging ideas, which has helped me grow as a leader. My passion for teamwork and problem-solving drives me to ensure the successful delivery of every project.

Beyond work, I love cooking and gardening, which help me unwind and stay creative. I also enjoy having tea with friends, engaging in long conversations, and sharing ideas. These moments keep me refreshed and inspired in both my personal and professional life
